Description
Pagès Content Orange is an organic and natural white wine made from Macabeo and Parellada grapes by the Celler la Salada winery in Pla del Penedès in the region of Catalonia.
The grapes used to make this wine come from old vines planted in clay-limestone soils where no chemicals are used and the nutrients are extracted from the plants themselves.
Winemaking
The grapes are harvested by hand. The grapes are harvested when they reach their optimum ripeness and transported to the winery in small boxes.
The grapes were crushed by foot before spending 2 weeks on the skins. Subsequently, it ferments spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in cement tanks for 6 months. All the work in the winery, including bottling, is done without filtering, fining or sulphurisation.
Taste
Pagès Content Orange is a wine with fruity aromas, floral notes and Mediterranean herbs. In the mouth it is fruity, juicy and direct. This is a voluminous wine with a long, fresh finish.

Pagès Content Orange is a white wine macerated with skins made as a tribute to traditional winegrowers. It uses indigenous grape varieties, organic farming techniques and minimal intervention in both the vineyard and the winery.
In the gastronomic field this wine will be perfect as an aperitif and is ideal to accompany spicy dishes, soft cheeses, white meats, sausages and smoked meats.
