Clos du Tue Boeuf Cheverny La Gravotte is a red wine made exclusively from Pinot Noir by the Clos du Tue Boeuf winery under the Cheverny appellation in France.
Cheverny is a French wine region in the Loire Valley where light red wines are produced. The grapes used to make this wine come from 35 to 40 year old vines planted on clay soil with chalky flint.
Winemaking
The grapes are harvested by hand at the optimum point of ripeness. Vinification is without destemming with a carbonic maceration of 10 days. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out in oak vats with indigenous yeasts.
Subsequently, the wine is aged for 8 months in 228-litre and 400-litre oak barrels.

Clos du Tue Boeuf Cheverny La Gravotte is a naturally delicious wine, with an expressive fruity bouquet. The palate is fresh, friendly, fruity with moderate to high acidity and soft tannins.
