Winemaking

Fermentation is carried out in large vats with indigenous yeasts and without racking. It is aged for a year in 500 to 1,500 litre oak vats, and bottled without fining or filtering, and without adding sulphur, thus guaranteeing its purest and most authentic expression.

Christian Tschida Himmel Auf Erden Rosé is a complex rosé that is difficult to fully define. Its aroma is stony and dusty, evoking the minerality of the soil where the grapes grow. On the palate, it surprises with a marked acidity and a tartaric palate. Fruity notes are evident, with strawberry, raspberry and rhubarb flavours, complemented by hints of grapefruit citrus and a saline nuance. The finish is long, inviting you to taste again and again to discover all its nuances.
