The 2019 Cotes du Roussillon Les Sorcieres Blanc is 50% Vermentino, 30% Grenache Blanc and 10% each Macabeu and Roussanne. Made and matured entirely in stainless steel, it's vibrant and fresh, with scents of passion fruit, pear and muskmelon. It's medium to full-bodied, round and generous in the mouth yet zesty and refreshing, with a lingering citrus finish—a terrific Mediterranean white for drinking over the summer months.
