This wine is composed mainly of Cortese and Chardonnay varieties, with a small addition of Moscato from a friendly vineyard. The production of this wine is a reflection of the passion and respect for the land and the vine.
Winemaking
After the harvest, the grapes are destemmed and spend a week in contact with their skins, a process that gives the wine complexity and character. The wine then rests for nine months in stainless steel tanks before being bottled unclarified and unfiltered.
