The herbal and balsamic red 2021 A Torna Dos Pasás shows the coolness and austerity of the year, with moderate alcohol and an austere mouthfeel. It has a certain rusticity and the chalky tannins from the granite soils and the tension they deliver. 8,000 bottles and 50 magnums were produced. It was bottled in January 2023.
