Description
Les Paradetes is a red wine produced using biodynamic and natural techniques, the result of the processing of Samsó grapes, also known as Cariñena, and Garnacha Tinta.
It is a wine that follows the philosophy of the winemakers who run this winery, who seek the spontaneous expression of the fruit at each stage of production.
It is defined as a fresh wine with fruity tones, but with a perfect balance of acidity and mineral flavour, characteristic of the grapes produced near the Mediterranean.
Winemaking
After ensuring that the cultivation follows the biodynamic and natural techniques that certify this winery as a producer of natural grapes, the grapes are harvested by hand.
The grapes are then de-stemmed and fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel barrels.
In these same tanks, the wine is left to age for 8 months, and finally it is bottled without being filtered or clarified. This last step is the reason for the presence of sediment in the beverage.
