Description
The wine Le Coste Le Primeur (Pour Les Filles) is a jewel produced by Le Coste in the town of Gradoli, a winery that stands out for its artisanal viticulture, making wines as they were made in the olden days. This jewel comes from the Lazio region and is composed entirely of the Aleatico variety.
Winemaking
The vinification of this wine is carried out by spontaneous fermentation with carbonic maceration that lasts approximately 2 to 3 weeks. It is then aged in stainless steel tanks without the addition of sulphites, clarification or filtration, thus preserving its purest and most authentic essence.
Taste
Le Coste Le Primeur is an experience in itself. Despite its delicacy, this wine offers a wide range of sensations. It is unashamedly sensual, with notes of tropical red flowers and passion fruit on the nose. On the palate, it is crisp and juicy, revealing nuances of cherries and red flowers. The magic of Aleatico manifests itself in every sip, leaving a lasting impression that can be described simply as.... WOW!
This wine is ideal with mixed cured meats, first courses with tomato sauces and grilled white and red meats. Although its name might suggest otherwise, this wine is not exclusively for women.
