Description
Le Coste Le Coste Bianco is a natural aged white wine made by the Le Coste winery mainly from grapes of the varieties Procanico, Malvasia di Candia, with a small amount of Moscato Giallo and Roscetto.
The grapes come from vineyards with an average age of more than 50 years planted on volcanic soils, rich in iron and minerals, which results in a fragrant and fresh wine.
Winemaking
The grapes from which this white wine is made are cultivated using environmentally friendly agriculture, paying attention to the needs of each plant and avoiding the use of chemical products.
The grapes are cultivated biodynamically, fermented with their own wild yeasts and have a maceration of about 2 weeks with the skins in truncated cone-shaped wooden vats. The wine is aged for 1 year in old wood, unclarified, unfiltered and sulphite-free.
Taste
Le Coste Le Coste Bianco is a masterpiece. It reflects power, strength and super-refined finesse and aromatic and gustatory complexity. In the mouth it has a strong acidity, but it has a very pleasant taste and mineral sensations. It is a very fresh wine.

Le Coste is a winery founded by Gianmarco Antonuzzi and Clémentine Bouveron by the Lago di Bolsena and all their winemaking efforts are aimed at producing natural wines using agricultural techniques that are compatible with nature and the surrounding landscape. Their vineyards are cultivated following biodynamic principles.
It is a wine especially recommended for a romantic dinner and to accompany grilled white fish and seafood dishes.
