The NV La Goya Manzanilla produced from Palomino grapes mostly from the Miraflores vineyard and aged for six years under flor has a very smoky character, with roasted sesame seeds, white flowers and iodine. The palate is medium- to light-bodied, saline, intense and pungent, with good length and clear flavors. 80,000 bottles produced. Drink within one year of purchase.
