I found that the 2020 Ignios Orígenes Listán Negro V. S. seems to be aging at a faster pace than other vintages. It has more tertiary notes and a volatile twist, it's polished and the fruit seems to be drying out. 2,584 bottles produced. I'd drink this sooner rather than later.
