Description

Egon Müller Wiltinger Brauner Kupp Spätlese is an authentic expression of the Mosel wine region in Germany. This sweet white wine is made exclusively from the Riesling grape variety, known for its ability to produce high quality white wines with a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity.

Winemaking

After careful manual selection of the grapes, they are brought to the winery where they are gently pressed. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, which allows the fruity aromas and the characteristic freshness of the Riesling variety to be preserved. After fermentation, the wine is left to settle for several months on its fine lees, giving it complexity and a silky texture.

Taste

Wiltinger Brauner Kupp Riesling Spätlese has a bright yellow colour. Its bouquet is captivating, with notes of grapefruit, nectarine, lemon and peach. As the bouquet deepens, hints of bitter chocolate, celery and cinnamon can be perceived. On the palate, this wine is refreshing and clear, with a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity. Citrus and fruit notes are complemented by a distinctive minerality, culminating in a long, lingering finish.
