Winemaking
Domaine De La Pinte Arbois Savagnin is a French wine made from 100% Savagnin grapes grown in Lower Jurassic blue marl soil in Jura.
The grapes are harvested by hand and the yield is limited to 30hl/ha, which guarantees the quality and concentration of flavours.
After this, the grapes undergo gentle tyre pressing and ferment in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts and temperature control.
The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and is aged in 50 hl oak foudres for 36 months. The result is a dry and complex wine, with fruity notes and a saline touch.

In terms of taste, Domaine De La Pinte Arbois Savagnin is a dry and complex wine with notes of green fruits and nuts.
