The 2020 Desconcierto Tinto was produced with 60% Caíño Tinto, 30% Espadeiro and 10% Mencía grapes that were foot trodden in oak vats, where the wine fermented, and then it matured in used oak barrels, where it matured for one year. It has 11% alcohol, a pH of 3.56 and 6.3 grams of acidity. It's intensely minty, with notes of eucalyptus, very balsamic, and with herbal flavors and some dusty tannins. Some 500 bottles were produced. It was bottled in April 2023.
