Description
Coruña del Conde I'm Natural Don't Panic From Patio White is a natural wine made only from grapes, without any additional additives. It features a very long semi-carbonic maceration of Tempranillo grapes from several plots of clay soils and centenary vineyards.
The Coruña winery stands out for maintaining the philosophy of natural viticulture and the oenology of its founder, Alberto López Calvo, in vineyards made up of 29 small plots with a total surface area of 8 hectares worked in a natural way.
Winemaking
The wine Coruña del Conde I'm Natural Don't Panic From Patio White is quite exclusive, standing out for being made with a limited edition of Albillo mayor but also Airen, coming from Samuel Cano's vineyards. The wine is made in a traditional way, with no additives applied to the vines or the cellar.
It is developed in fibreglass tanks, spending about a year in this container until it is bottled. These grapes go through the fermentation process with indigenous yeasts and ageing for 5 months, to be bottled without filtering, then they rest in the cellar until they are marketed.

The palate is full-bodied, with a crisp acidity, a dense passage and a lingering finish.
