Description
Bertha Lounge Rosé is a sparkling rosé wine made from Grenache, Pinot noir Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada by the Bertha winery in the Catalonia region of Spain.
This grape comes primarily from vineyards surrounding the winery, located about 2 kilometres from the Spanish town of Sant Sadurní d'Anoia.
The processes in the winery and the agriculture in the vineyards are carried out in an ecological way, respectful of the environment and the fauna of the area.
Winemaking
Bertha Lounge Rosé after a very light skin maceration and a traditional fermentation to obtain the base wine, it is bottled and yeast and sugar are added to start the second fermentation in the bottle.
It isaged for a short period of 12 to 15 months to achieve this fresh and fruity wine with a carefree touch. This sparkling wine by Josep Torres Sivill, owner of the Bertha winery, has a small addition of sugar in the expedition liqueur to make it more appealing and appealing. No sulphites are added during disgorgement.
Taste
Bertha Lounge Rosé has a predominance of very elegant primary aromas of citrus fruits and flowers on a vegetal background.
In the mouth it has a very smooth carbonic with very good acidity and is smooth, fresh, long and fruity. The aftertaste is frank and tasty, light and easy to drink!
